The name Woofles Walks was inspired by my first childhood dog, Ruffles, a West Highland Terrier. Ruffles was where my lifelong connection with animals began and remains an important part of the story behind the business.
Over the years, I have cared for a variety of pets and have always felt naturally at ease around animals. Friends and family often joke that I am a little like Doctor Dolittle because I regularly find myself talking to animals and treating them as part of the conversation. Animals are never just part of the job to me; they are individual characters with their own routines, personalities and needs.
After spending my working life in office-based roles, I decided it was time to put my energy into something I have a genuine passion for: caring for animals and providing a dependable service that pet owners can rely on.
